Bring a Food or Cash Donation and Enter to Win a Prize!

This year, KCC is teaming up with Chibi's Anime Goods and Collectibles and the Central Okanagan Food Bank to give back to the community. The last few years have been particularly difficult for many people, and more people than ever before have found themselves relying on services like the food bank just to maintain a basic standard of living. In order to help the food bank assist those people, Chibi's Anime and KCC are hosting a charity raffle!

Businesses around the Okanagan have kindly donated prizes that will be raffled off throughout the event. A number of gift baskets and prizes will be available. Entering is simple:

How to Enter

Donate cash or a food item at the Food Bank's booth in the vendor hall (every food item or $1 donation will get you one entry into the raffle)
Fill out your name and contact information on the provided slip
Enter to win the prize of you choice!
Winners will be drawn on Sunday, August 21 at 4:00 PM
If the winners are not present, they will be contacted on Monday, August 22. Prizes not picked up at the event will be available for pickup at Chibi's Anime Goods and Collectibles.

Feel free to enter as many times as you want! This is for charity, so we encourage stuffing those entry boxes!

Did you know? Every $1 donated to the food bank buys $3 worth of groceries for those in need!

What Does the Food Bank Do?

"The Central Okanagan Food Bank is a not-for-profit charitable organization that provides nutritional food assistance to over 5,000 individuals every month - out of two locations, one in Kelowna and one in West Kelowna.

34% of our clients are children and youth, while another 22% are Seniors who are living on a fixed income. With the aftermath of the pandemic and the increasing costs of living, the Central Okanagan Food Bank has seen a steady rise in the number of people needing to access food support.

We rely on the generosity of our community to help with food, funds, and time to continue to meet these demands and ensure that everyone can put a meal on the table every day of the week!"

We will arrange to pick up the donation from you at your convenience.

While we can accept donations up to the day prior to the event (Friday, August 19), we would prefer that they come in no later than Wednesday, August 17.
