KCC 2023 Vendor: Bonbon Freeze

We are a small family business selling freeze dried candy and local produce - we have 20lbs of strawberries in our freeze dryer right now. We primarily sell candy as that is what is fun - exploded M&M caramels, puffed up Skittles, melt in your mouth Saltwater Taffy. Freeze drying makes for a variety of taste and texture sensations from candy that is familiar. Jolly Ranchers go from ‘5 minutes of patient sucking’ to ‘instant crunch and flavour explosion’.
