Hammertime 40k Team Tournament

The event will be managed through Best Coast Pairings with tickets purchased through the Kelowna ComiCon site (since the great folks at Kelowna Comicon support Hammertime Tournaments!).

The steps for registration are simple:

1. Contact Thomas Martin in the discord or at elwoodmartin@gmail.com to submit your team registration.
2. Once Thomas confirms you’re in, purchase a single team ticket on the Comicon Website (this delay is for several reasons, but primarily an attempt to have an even number of teams so every team plays five games)
3. Once you’re paid, Thomas will manually add you to the Best Coast Pairings event.

We’re trying to build a fun team event, and part of this is ensuring every team gets to play a full five games. A team dropping will negatively impact other teams enjoyment of the event.

As of such the refund policy for tickets will be:

• More than 30 days from the event: 10% holdback until a new team is found to take your spot.
• 30 days or less from the event: 50% holdback until a new team is found to take your spot.
• Where possible, holdbacks will be put into the raffle prize pool.
