Whether you're typically a Vendor or would like a booth in our Artist Alley, please be sure to read the General Policies and the Exhibitor Contract (located in the Exhibitor and Artist Packages).

Exhibitor Applications will be available until November 10th, 2025, at 11:59pm PST. Any applications received after this time period may be considered for a waitlist option in the event of cancellation from another Exhibitor. An Exhibitor Booth will only be held once an application is processed. Exhibitor Applications will be considered processed after full payment for the Exhibitor Booth has been received by Kelowna ComiCon.
